Shipping Information


We usually ship items within 24-48 hours. However, please be aware that items ordered Friday through Sunday may not ship until Monday or Tuesday.

You must provide a street address, NOT a P.O. Box, for all FedEx options, as they only deliver to physical addresses. Please choose a USPS option if you wish to have your item delivered to a P.O. Box. All FedEx orders are trackable, as well as USPS Express Mail. You will be given a tracking number in the e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.  Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are not trackable.

Delivery to some areas of Alaska and Hawaii may cost more than the rate you are given at the time of check out. If the rate needs to be adjusted for your area, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm the correct shipping amount that will be charged to your credit card.

We ship worldwide. Packages being shipped out of the United States are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. For some orders, we will calculate the shipping costs AFTER we have received your order, based on your location, and your online order will state shipping as $0.00. You will be contacted via email with the additional shipping charge to your credit card. All international orders will be shipped via U.S. Air Mail, unless you explain that you wish to receive your order within a short period of time. If so, please indicate the time frame of when you would like to receive your order (as soon as possible, within two days, by a certain date, etc.). By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay all additional shipping charges on your credit card.


For international orders, CelticHarpMusic.com cannot guarantee the time it will take for a package to arrive to you. Packages sometimes get stalled in customs, because some countries randomly open packages from overseas to verify contents. We also take no responsibility for taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be incurred. There may be an additional charge by your country's customs office when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing whether any of these charges will apply or what those total charges would be.


Refunds/Returns


You may return items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To qualify for a refund, unsigned CDs must be returned unopened in their original plastic wrap.

If you have ordered a signed CD, there will be no plastic wrap as the wrap must be broken to sign the CD. Therefore, the CD itself and not the package will be exchangeable if it is defective. Limited edition, signed packages are not returnable unless they arrive to you in a damaged condition.

Your information is never sold or traded to other organizations.

What We Do With Your Information

You may receive e-mail announcements from time to time. Within each e-mail you receive, there will be a link to unsubscribe. Upon request, Celtic Harp Music by Anne Roos guarantees removal of your e-mail address from the celticharpmusic.com mailing list.


Your billing information will be made available to the merchant bank for the sole purpose of processing your order.
