Shipping Information
We usually ship CDs and books within 24-48 hours of receipt of order using your choice of U.S. Postal Service delivery (USPS) or Federal Express delivery (FedEx). Items ordered Friday through Sunday might not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
You must provide a valid street address, NOT a P.O. Box, for all FedEx options, as they only deliver to physical addresses. Please choose a USPS option if you wish to have your item delivered to a P.O. Box.
Orders shipped by USPS Express Mail or by any FedEx method are trackable. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. Packages shipped using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Media Mail are not trackable.
Some USPS and FedEx shipping options may not appear in our shopping cart upon checkout. If you wish to explore alternative shipping options, order by phone at 800-255-6318. Phone orders may be initially processed without shipping costs, and then calculated and charged to your credit card in a second transaction. You will be contacted via email with the additional shipping charge to your credit card. By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay all shipping charges on your credit card.
We ship worldwide. Packages being shipped to destinations outside of the United States are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of your order. For these international orders, CelticHarpMusic.com cannot guarantee the time it will take for a package to arrive to you. Packages sometimes get stalled in customs, because some countries randomly open packages from overseas to verify contents. We also take no responsibility for taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be incurred. There may be an additional charge by your country's customs office when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing whether any of these charges will apply or what those total charges would be.
If you have any questions about the calculations or shipping methods in our shopping cart, contact anne@celticharpmusic.com prior to placing an order. The cart will save your items and searches, so you can always go back later to complete your order. Or, you may complete your order by phone at 800-255-6318.
Refunds/Returns
You may return unopened CD's and unused books within 30 days of sale for a full refund of the purchase price. There will be no refund of shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that we are unable to exchange opened CDs unless you received a damaged or defective item. To qualify for a refund, unsigned CDs must be returned unopened in their original plastic wrap. Autographed books are not refundable and are only exchangeable if they arrive to you in a damaged condition.
If you have ordered an autographed CD, there will be no plastic wrap as the wrap must be broken to sign the CD. Therefore, the CD itself and not the package will be exchangeable if it is defective. Limited edition, signed packages are not returnable unless they arrive to you in a damaged condition.
All harp sales are final--Harps are not exchangeable or refundable. If your harp arrives to you damaged, you will need to take up this issue with the freight company that delivered the harp to you. CelticHarpMusic.com and Anne Roos are not liable for the condition of your harp upon delivery. Therefore, when you place your order, we strongly suggest you purchase insurance available from the freight company to cover loss or damage of the harp in case something happens to it en route. If you are within the Lake Tahoe area, you can arrange to pick up your harp instead of having it shipped.
Album downloads are not refundable or exchangeable. You'll receive a code that you can use one time only. For answers to technical questions about your album download, please visit http://www.cdbaby.com/redeem. CelticHarpMusic.com and Anne Roos are not responsible for technical support when you download your album.
CelticHarpMusic.com does not retain album download codes on file. Keep your code in a safe place. Losing your album download code is like losing a physical CD--CelticHarpMusic.com cannot help you recover it and will not give you another album code.
Privacy Policy
Your information is never sold or traded to other companies or organizations.
What We Do With Your Information
You may receive e-mail announcements and newsletters from time to time. A link to unsubscribe will be contained within each correspondence. Upon your request, we guarantee removal of your e-mail address from the CelticHarpMusic.com mailing list.
Your billing information will be made available to the merchant bank for the
sole purpose of processing your order.
